I have recently discovered a web site that looks like a promising resource for executives looking for jobs in Europe. I have not yet personally engaged yet with the site, but I hope that a few people that read this post will go and do so and then come back and share their experience with all of us.
Experteer describes itself as Europe's leading personalised career service for experienced professionals. It's services are defined by your career goals - it alerts you to specific jobs and provides confidential access to an approved headhunter network. So it essentially scouts out the job market on your behalf. And it only offers executive level jobs starting at 60,000 euro. Currently their site reports it has over 40,000 job opportunities from more than 4,000 prestigious companies listed.
Experteer also provides services to recruiters, giving them access to hundreds of thousands of qualified candidates all over Europe.
Although there is a fee to join, there is an free trial offer so you can try it out to see if it is for you.

Not sure about Experteer career... When googling on "Experteer Career" (note the quotation marks), less than 4 600 results show up. That's a pretty low number considering they boast with having 50 000+ executive job offerings.
If convinced otherwise, I'll start paying for it, but not until then.
